ABOUT:
Vital Strength and Fitness is a Personal Training/Fitness provider and community where people can learn about fitness, strength, healthy living, longevity, mindset and nutrition . This is accomplished through my Face to Face Personal Training, Online Personal Health and Fitness Coaching, Workshops and Weekend Warrior programs. We do offer very limited times and sessions for Face to Face Personal Training, however my main service is though my Online Coaching service.
My goal is to build a community big enough that VSF will be a symbol that resembles health, strength and wellness which is VITAL for a long and fulfilling life. We offer a variety of programs so that no matter your circumstances we will be able to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
VSF is owned and operated by a Personal Trainer/ Fitness provider with over 10 years' experience, My goal is to simply help and aspire people to become the best they can be through my own experience, qualification, knowledge and idea's.

I have been in the fitness industry for more then 10 years have had the opportunity to experience a vast amount of fitness trends in his time. I am experienced in coaching CrossFit Athletes and Competitors, High Performance Athletes, Weight Loss Clients, Body Builders and Boxers, just to name a few. I got into Personal Training because I was that overweight 6 foot 4" kid that got himself fit through going to the gym and hanging around the experts. I experienced personally how much that improved my self esteem and confidence which I then wanted to share with the world. During my early years I worked my way up through the ranks and had the opportunity to managed a number of Gyms and Boutique Personal Training studios around Canberra. I have now opened Vitals Strength & Fitness as a part time face to face and full time online training, I decided this was a good move to create a more stable life for my family where I could work normal hours and be around to see my children during their young and developing years. I had my own experiences as a Semi Professional athlete in Volleyball for a very long time and got the experience of being the Canberra Heat's team captain 3 years in a row. I always like competing and done so though my younger years competing and representing state in numerous sports including, Soccer, AFL, Athletics, Rugby, Baseball and of course Volleyball. Volleyball is the sport that in the end drove me towards my niche of being a fitness trainer dedicated to providing my clients a long, strong and healthy life. During what I considered my peak in Volleyball career I injured my back (3 disc protrusions and severe muscle spasms to the point I couldn't walk properly) and was unable to play at the same level ever again. It took a lot hard work, heart ache and pain but I soon got back to good health and even played a season in the lower division. I mention this as this was a key point in my fitness career where I experienced the importance of being fit, strong and healthy for longevity and durability and that's what make me VITAL.
